MNotification is no longer maintained.

Remove grouping of transfer notifications, as lipstick will now be
providing the grouping functionality.

[boosting] Use qt5 booster instead of generic one.
[dbus] Systemd file for dbus service so we get dependencies set.

Removed references to files, which are not in git.

Depend on Qt 5 daemon for Qt 4 library. This fixes both packages trying to own
the same file (which mic will barf on, as well as being rather a bad idea).

[nemo-transfer-engine] By default the config file is not installed anymore. It will be provided by the package, which provides the callback API for notifications.
