Update to 0.9.7+git

Needed to compile with updated GStreamer.

Previous update looks strange. Squash commit's parent is not the earlier squash as usually and merge commit is missing. Maybe some rebase + squash thing(?) Anyway, doing a normal update overwrote all but last conference call changes, so I saved a diff that I reapplied afterwards.

Included also the few commits that have happened since 0.9.7 as QtDbus 5.6 changes looked as something we might want.

Disclaimer: don't still know this code too well, testing as much as phone call and sms still seem to work.
