[qtcontacts-sqlite] Skip invalid alphabetic characters in phone numbers · ce88e622
      mvogt authored
Alphabetic characters in the DMTF character set are only valid if they
occur after some numeric component of the number. If they occur
prior to any numeric component, they should be skipped in normalization.
This is to prevent non-number input such as 'Plumber' being normalized
      into 'P'.

[qtcontacts-sqlite] Add function to access contact manager engine · 73b2e8ba
      mvogt authored
The contact manager engine must be used to access functions which
extend the Contacts API; to access these functions, use the new
contactManagerEngine() function to retrieve a typed pointer to the
      engine from the QContactManager.
Note that 'QT += contacts-private' is necessary to access the engine
property of the contact manager class.

[qtcontacts-sqlite] Use a semaphore for process mutex on writes · b2bb0139
      mvogt authored
Although SQLite supports multiple concurrent processes, the behaviour
on write contention is undesirable, resulting in starvation.
Use a semaphore to provide mutual exclusion between writing processes
so that only one has write access to the database at any given time.
