Profiled autostart is handled by dbus daemon without involving systemd.

Switch to dbus activation via systemd to make it possible to do things
like block profiled restarts during shutdown sequence.

Remove old spectacle cruft

We don't use spectacle anymore.

Remove the yaml-file and associated cruft.

Diagnostic logging improvements

Attempting to remove signal matches on exit that happens after D-Bus
connection is closed leads into useless warnings about closed connection.

Do match removal only if the connection is still alive.

Warnings from libprofile are most likely to occur during startup
and shutdown and are thus unlikely to be seen by developers of
the applications that use libprofile. When they are spotted in
journal, they get attributed to the process using libprofile and
it can be hard to spot that the problem is related to libprofile.

Add "libprofile:" prefix for all diagnostic logging that happens
from libprofile.

In some special cases the prefix was already explicitly used, remove
those so that the prefix does not show up twice.

Since the inheritance rules were changed, the default_() function
is no longer used or needed.

Remove it.

It used to be necessary, but now only yields warning during build time:
  ar: `u' modifier ignored since `D' is the default (see `U')

Stop using it.
