      Build configuration changes:
Removed NSSUTIL_INCLUDE_DIR and NSSUTIL_LIB_DIR to fix compilation errors.
Commented NSS_ALLOW_SSLKEYLOGFILE=1 because looks like debug option.

      Update to 3.16.6 and split libnssckbi into a separate package

p11-kit implements nss support by replacing the libnssckbi library. This is easier to do if we keep it in a separate package.

This also contains a minor version bump, with no risk.

      No new functionality is introduced in this release. This is a patch release to fix a regression.

    Bug 1049435: Change RSA_PrivateKeyCheck to not require p > q. This fixes a regression introduced in NSS 3.16.2 that prevented NSS from importing some RSA private keys (such as in PKCS #12 files) generated by other crypto libraries.

compatible version, which is easier to do if we can obsolete a
subpackage.

Removed mozilla-crypto-strip.sh as EC is enabled in openssl-1.0.1i.

Updated the license in spec to MPLv2.
