      [fingerterm] remove QtComponents dependency. Contributes to JB#10224

      Had I realized the dependency is this easy to remove, would have done it long time ago. Not sure if it makes that much sense to introduce Silica dependency in return. Or if done, should use if available maybe.

      Lots of cruft to clean up, but will do that separately.

      [util] Improve scrolling on high-DPI screens (Fixes JB#29417) · 2b2385a4

      The scrolling code was just scrolling at most one line at a time, and even when
      the touch point moved even just one pixel.

      Fix that by using the font size as a scale factor (that's still not 100%
      correct, but it improves the situation, and the bias scales well with changing
      font size) and by actually accumulating not consumed offsets, so small moves
      (smaller than the font size) are not discarded, but actually accumulate.

      [terminal] Fix Terminal::keyPress() for non-ASCII chars (Fixes JB#28668) · 37c4c5f5
      Thomas Perl authored
      On some installations (e.g. tablet), Terminal::keyPress() messes
      up the keycode by converting the keypress into a Latin1 character
      and then appending this Latin1 character to a QString. For some
      reason, we were lucky so far and it worked on the phone.

      Behavior change: This now causes key combinations with Ctrl to be
      ignored if the key isn't in the ASCII ranges 0x41-0x5f, 0x61-0x7f.
